Bought a grill on sale from this location 3 weeks ago , waited over half hour for them to locate it in there warehouse, and when we realized was not goin to fit in our car we opt it to pay extra for delivery with a sales person who was breathing down on our neck wanting a 5 star review when the sale complete it 🙄, taking extra time out of our day , once at the cashier the person was super slow and totally clueless about a lot of the procedure of there delivery system , In the end after all the painful and long experience the order goes through with an initial delivery estimate which of course never arrived followed up by no phone call or notification , and when we call them they gave us another estimate which of course never made it just this Friday morning they called us and gave us another estimate for next Monday , couple of hours later today we receive another phone call telling us that our delivery is out of there range by some miles, and if we want pay extra $$ for the delivery options Listen you D# UM# B AS# S MOR# ON# S at this point you owe us , not us owing you more , asking more to clients after all these inconveniences , rearranging there schedule, lost of times an

This year enjoying the holidays are challenging for my family and I as we are experiencing a traumatic transitioning period. So I wanted to make it a special time for my eight year old. Sometimes the simplest thing can be the greatest event for a child. I saw a tree online at Lowe's (gold) my child had asked for a tree just like it. So I went to customer service any met the most kindest ,tenacious person a young lady named Rei. Rei explained the tree was not available in store or online. Praise God... after 40 minutes of contacting several people across the country and the manufacturer an s.o.s. order was placed. I thanked Rei for her gift of time and patience ... it's nice to know Lowe's has such quality people employed with their company.
